These allotments were to the south side of Greenfield Street. The houses in the background are Brooker Road. Harveyfields Estate was built on this site in the early 1960s. Originally, these allotments were made on a field owned by frank Harvey, hence the estate is known as Harveyfields. This picture c1945.
